After a very long week, with late conferences Monday and Tuesday, working longer days and planning for presentations since last week...when I left work Friday afternoon, I let it sink it that Spring Break has started! And, my thoughts to a few little ways to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
Last night, I ran out to pick up a few things. Wayne asked me to try making this Beef Stout Stew.
For dessert, we'll have Leprechaun floats. This time I'm going to mix lemonade, Sprite, and lime sherbet together...kind of like this green grog, which is delicious.
And, this morning, I got a short treasure hunt and treasures ready to set out early tomorrow morning.
