Fiesta Egg Casserole

At Christmas, I made this egg casserole for our family. I'd say it was a hit. Sorry I don't have a picture for it.

Fiesta Egg Casserole

10 eggs
1 pound ground pork sausage, browned and fat drained
4 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 can green chilies
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13"x9” casserole dish. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until edges are golden brown and center is set, 35-45 minutes. Serve with Pico de Gallo or salsa.
